Valve decided to show its customers what the final version of the Steam Deck packaging design will look like, which will be received by all buyers of the portable console. Photos and information appeared on the Steam website.

The Steam Deck developers noted that design testing for the final prototype of the console has been completed. The console is now ready for mass production. Video game developers will soon begin receiving copies of the console so that they can work on their games for the Steam Deck.

In addition, Valve did not skimp on photos of not only the box, but also the case for the Steam Deck. On the box, by the way, they attached instructions for using the console. The developers of the game console reminded all buyers in three languages that the Steam Deck can be used in the subway, in the country, in the toilet and other places that are not quite suitable for gaming in the classical sense.

As for the Steam Deck, along with the prefix, Valve will pack the case shown in the photo and the power supply that is needed to charge the console.

On November 10, it became known that Valve will release the Steam Deck not on December 21, as originally planned, but in February next year. The main reason for the delay was, as expected, the lack of parts necessary for the production of the console. When the release of Steam Deck was postponed, Valve tried to study the issue before them in detail, work out a plan for solving the problem, and therefore the developers believe that the new date will not be postponed.
