Media: Detroit: Become Human Creators Are Working On An Action Game Set In The Star Wars Universe
It looks like the Star Wars computer universe will soon receive a replenishment. Apparently, thanks to the authors of Detroit: Become Human, the French from Quantic Dream.
Several sources state this at once. For the first time, Tom Henderson and French bloggers spoke about the game in the Star Wars franchise from Quantic Dream, and now information about the project is being shared in Kotaku.
According to the publication, Quantic Dream has indeed been working on a Star Wars game for over a year. The new creation by the author of Detroit: Become Human will do without the QTE mechanics, but will rely on a more familiar action game with, possibly, an open world.
Quantic Dream studio in Montreal plays an important role in the development of the new project. A new division of French developers was opened earlier this year and includes specialists who previously worked on Assassin's Creed and Deus Ex.
