Complexity Gaming partners with Alcon
North American esports organization Complexity Gaming has announced a partnership with Swiss-based eye care company Alcon. As a result of the one-year agreement, Alcon's Systane brand will become Complexity's official eye care partner.
The two sides will work together to raise awareness of how the use of digital devices can affect the eyes, a topic extremely important in the industry, where gamers and content creators can spend hours staring at their screens.
Jason Lake, Founder and CEO of Complexity Gaming: "Proper eye care is integral to our ongoing commitment to improving the health and wellness of esports athletes. This partnership with Alcon will help educate our players, content creators and the community at large on the importance of eye health."
In recent years, several organizations have partnered with eyewear companies to raise the importance of eye health. In 2020, Immortals entered into an agreement with BLNQ, and SK Gaming expanded its existing partnership with Hylo Eye Care.
