Gambling company WTFSkins announced that it entered into an agreement with DreamHack for $ 150,000, but the latter subsequently embezzled $ 150,000. According to the agreement, DreamHack was supposed to provide services that could not be provided later due to new circumstances. In 2018, WTFSkins were able to negotiate with DreamHack to advertise a CS: GO roulette company.
Shortly before the start of DreamHack, which was supposed to run ads, Steam introduced a trade limit of seven days for new accounts. This forced the parties to refuse to cooperate, however, according to the statement, WTFSkins DH did not return the funds to them, and did not fulfill their advertising obligations.
