Scott Steadman appointed Commercial Director of DreamHack Sports Games
Esports company DreamHack Sports Games has appointed sports industry veteran Scott Steadman as its new commercial director.
Steadman will report directly to CEO Roger Lodewick and will be responsible for "creating and managing commercial and marketing teams, in addition to developing commercial strategy, creating and selling a number of brand partnership opportunities in the DreamHack Sports Games portfolio."
With over 15 years of experience in the sports industry, Scott Steadman has been part of organizations such as Southampton FC and the Scottish Professional Football League. He also served as an advisor to FIFA.
As the name suggests, DreamHack Sports Games is a company completely focused on creating eSports tournaments and promotions focused on sports simulations. In November, the company partnered with HyperX for the eSuperliga S5.
