Swedish esports organization Ninjas in Pajamas has announced a partnership with energy drink brand Red Bull. As part of the deal, the brand's logo will appear on the club's jersey starting with BLAST Premier Fall Finals 2022, which kicked off today, November 23rd. It is reported that the agreement applies to all members of the organization. However, the parties have planned other activations, the details of which will appear in the future.
In early November, Ninjas in Pajamas announced a partnership with sportswear brand FILA. As part of the deal, the parties will collaborate on a merchandise collection that includes a new jersey for the club's squads.
Tony Kaski, Ninjas in Pajamas VP of Commercial Partnerships: "Ninjas in Pajamas is thrilled to be the first Red Bull Esports Partner in Sweden. We look forward to bringing esports to a much wider audience and creating an impressive and memorable experience together!"
Red Bull becomes the Swedish esports organization's tenth partner, joining sportswear manufacturer FILA, gaming brand Razer, betting company Betway and English football club Leeds United, among others.
Hicham Chahain, CEO of Ninjas in Pajamas: "Red Bull has been in the game for almost as long as we have, and where there's esports, there's Red Bull. It feels like ninjas have finally got their wings! Seeing an angry crimson bull on our Ninjas in Pajamas T-shirts will be a moment of pride for our organization."
In turn, Red Bull has a long history of working with esports teams from around the world. In particular, the brand is partnered with Heroic, G2 Esports and BIG, among other big names in the industry.
