The Apex Legends competitive scene is about to kick off a real feast today. For the first time since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, Apex Legends is returning to LAN.

Forty of the best teams from around the world will gather in the Swedish capital Stockholm to compete for 1,000,000 and ALGS Playoffs points. The latter are needed for the ALGS: 2022 Championship, which will take place this July.

If we talk specifically about Apex Legends Global Series 2021-2022: Split 2 Playoffs, then the tournament will be held in 3 stages: group stage, Bracket stage (separation into baskets), final. In the first stage, 40 teams will play, which will distribute the participants of the upper bracket (20 teams) and the participants of the losers bracket (20 teams.

The Bracken Stage determines the teams that will advance to the final. The top ten winners bracket goes to the finals, teams from 11th to 20th place inclusive get into the second round of losers.

In the final, teams play until one of the participants scores 50 points. After that, the club enters the match-point zone, and to win the tournament, it is enough to take the TOP-1.

ALGS 2021-2022 Split 2 Playoffs will run from April 29 to May 1. At the tournament, 40 teams will compete for $1,000,000 and points to qualify for the World Championship in 2022.
