Belong Gaming Arenas Announces Collaboration With Houston Outlaws

Belong Gaming Arenas, a subsidiary of esports and gaming technology company Vindex, has announced a partnership with the Houston Outlaws franchise for the upcoming Battle for Texas event.

As part of the deal, Belong Gaming Arenas will create a dedicated gaming area at the event and equip it with personal computers and peripherals similar to those found in its gaming arenas throughout the United States of America.

Lori Burgess, CEO of Beasley Esports: "With something as important as the start of the Overwatch League this year, we wanted to live up to that and give back to our fans who have supported us since the beginning. We know what fans have been eager to get into their hands of Overwatch 2, and our partnership with Belong will help us empower them. Battle for Texas will not just be the start of a new Overwatch League season, but a true debut of what fans can expect from this game, our team, and the community as a whole."

The partnership is reportedly aimed at giving fans the chance to play the Overwatch 2 beta during the event. The gaming area will be available before and after the opening ceremony and throughout the event. In addition, the Houston Outlaws will reward 50 fans with access to the Overwatch 2 PvP Beta, which launches on April 26th.
