ESL teams up with Blackmagic Design
Tournament organizer ESL has teamed up with Austrian video technology company Blackmagic Design. As a result of the agreement, ESL expanded its manufacturing facility located in Katowice, Poland with video equipment provided by Blackmagic Design. This includes WAMM Video Solutions video equipment, ATEM Constellation switches and Universal Videohub routers.
The facility currently includes four new control rooms and three multifunctional halls equipped for a wide range of events. This includes the green screen virtual production capabilities, space for up to 64 players, and the ability to incorporate remote sources into production.
According to a press release, the new studio space will allow ESL to expand its range of activities and further innovate in content production.
Founded in 2001, Blackmagic Design manufactures a variety of video production equipment including editing products, digital cinema cameras, real-time production switches and real-time film scanners for the feature film, post-production and broadcast television industries. The company has offices in the US, UK, Japan, Singapore and Australia.
