SteelSeries becomes an official partner of The International 10
Valve has named the Danish esports equipment brand SteelSeries as the Official Dota 2 Partner of The International 10. As the official peripheral partner of the tournament, SteelSeries will provide its line of gaming mice, keyboards, headsets and accessories to players participating in The International 10.
SteelSeries will also be holding a number of on-site activations during the tournament in Bucharest, Romania. In addition, the company announced that it will also offer a limited edition mousepads to mark the start of The International 10.
In addition to becoming a sponsor of The International 10, SteelSeries is an equipment partner for two teams competing in this year's tournament, T1 and reigning champions Red Bull OG. SteelSeries has partnered with esports teams and tournaments over the years.
The International 10 will take place in Romania for the first time due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. The tournament was originally supposed to take place in Stockholm, Sweden, but was postponed due to the Swedish Sports Association, which refused to include esports as an official sport in the country. As a result, Bucharest was chosen as a replacement and will organize the event in accordance with security measures.
