BLAST Premier partners with Gaming Channel
The International Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Tournament Series BLAST Premier has announced a media rights partnership with gaming channel Gaming Channel, Israel's first 24/7 line-up esports and gaming TV channel.
The agreement will allow Gaming Channel to own exclusive rights to broadcast BLAST Premier in Hebrew in Israel until the end of the 2021 season.
Yoav Sochen, General Manager, Gaming Channel: "I am delighted to be partnering with BLAST Premier. I am looking forward to what this partnership can do for the Israeli scene."
Owned by the Charlton Group, the Gaming Channel launched in July this year and is Israel's first ever dedicated esports and gaming line-up, according to a press release. The Gaming Channel's inline TV coverage includes a variety of content, including esports events and other entertainment-themed content from the region.
The deal will cover the four remaining BLAST Premier events, including Fall Groups, Spring Showdown, Spring Final, and World Final due in December.
