A thread appeared on the reddit forum in which users discussed a new hero and shared a find regarding a new bug that came with Dawnbreaker.

If the user plays Morphling or Rubick, they may encounter strange interactions with the abilities of the new character. If the Celestial Hammer is misused, the Starbreaker ability on Rubick and Morphling will be unavailable.

Celestial Hammer is an ability that allows the Dawnbreaker to throw his hammer at a specified point, after which it will return to the owner within two seconds or after the player activates this ability again.

Morphling can transform into a Dawnbreaker and activate this very Celestial Hammer. If, before the return of the hammer, he takes his initial form, then in the next and all subsequent transformations he will not be able to use the Starbreaker ability. Rubick may face the same problem. If he steals the Celestial Hammer, throws the hammer and then steals the Starbreaker, he will lose the ability to use this ability.

March 9Valve updated the Dota 2 to version 7.29. The massive patch brought in a lot of interesting things. Below you can find a list of the main changes. You can read the full list of changes on the official website.

  • The landscape has undergone many changes
  • Added rune of water. It appears on both points of the buff runes, but only in the second and fourth minutes of the game. She instantly restores 100 health and 80 mana, and can be refilled with her. From the sixth minute, the runes appear one at a time, as before.
  • Added the ability to get +2 to all attributes when leveling up. In total, this can be done 7 times (according to the number of empty levels from 1 to 26) at any time by clicking on the circle of the talent tree. Attribute bonus is given automatically if there are no other options.
  • Level 30 no longer unlocks all of the remaining talents. Instead, levels 27/28/29/30 will unlock level 10/15/20/25 talents, respectively.
  • Outposts no longer grant experience every 10 minutes
  • Outposts now give their team (game minute)}} 2 experience each minute. As before, if a team captures both outposts, they gain experience for only one of them. Notes: If we compare the amount of experience that players previously received at 10/20/30/40 minutes, then the total value has changed from 150/500/1050/1800 at 110/420/930/1640
  • Experience is given at the beginning of every minute.
  • In the first ten minutes, 2/4/6/8/10/12/14/16/18/20 experience is given
  • Gold for all bounty runes, except the first, decreased by 10%
  • Bounty Runes no longer appear on the river. The gold they provided is now automatically given out in the form of a minute's earnings.
  • Now the runes of wealth appear only in forest points, but every 3 minutes (now there are only 2 runes of wealth in the game)
  • Now a new rune of wealth does not replace the old one that has not been picked up, but appears next to it
  • Now, at zero minute, the runes of wealth appear in their places in the forest and at the points of appearance of the runes of strengthening (there are 4 runes of wealth at the beginning of the game)
  • Many talents, items and spells that give a bonus to movement speed or casting range have been either replaced or weakened (more on this in the "Items" and "Heroes" sections)
  • Assisted kill gold is now adjusted by the relative difference in value between the two teams. For example, if your team is 5,000 gold behind, and the total value of the enemy team is 50,000, then the assisted kill reward will be 10% higher.
  • Each hero now starts the game with one teleportation scroll instead of three
  • Each hero now receives one teleportation scroll on death
  • Scroll of Teleportation cost increased from 90 to 100 gold
  • Heroes with 1.0 turn speed reduced to 0.9
  • Heroes with 0.5 turn speed increased to 0.6
  • The influence of the hero's turn rate on the turn time is increased by 20%
  • Now Aghanim's Scepter, received from Roshan, needs to be activated (before activation it has no effect)
  • Aghanim's Shard now drops on Roshan's second kill. On subsequent kills, it does not drop. The activation mechanics are the same as for Aghanim's Scepter.
  • Teleport radius around buildings increased from 575 to 800 (affects teleport scrolls and Boots of Travel)
  • Base teleport time to outpost reduced from 6 seconds to 5 seconds
  • Outpost view radius reduced from 700 to 500
  • Captains Mode: First stage selection order changed from 1/2/1/2 to 1/2/2/1
  • Hoodwink added to Captains Mode
  • Couriers no longer provide vision in Roshan's Lair
  • Now any player can destroy an allied ward, even with full health, if it is installed in a neutral creep camp
  • All neutral creeps, except Ancient Golems, have armor increased by 1
  • Now neutral items fly towards the hero who found them, and do not appear under a dead creep
  • The number of heroes banned in ranked All Pick has been increased by 6 (they are still banned randomly)
  • Redemption cost in gold reduced from (200 + value/12) to (200 + value/13)
  • Courier respawn time in seconds changed from (60 + 7}} level) to (60 + 6}} level)
  • Bypass Defense: Damage reduction increased from 40% to 50%
  • Item transfer range between heroes increased from 150 to 300
  • Trees re-spawn time reduced from 5 minutes to 3 minutes
  • The following abilities and items no longer destroy trees: Earth Splitter, Mortimer Kisses, Macropyre, and Meteor Hammer
  • Reduced the radius of destruction of trees for the following abilities and items: Wild Axes, Gust, Power Cogs, Vacuum, Activate Fire Remnant, Relocate, Tether, Blinding Light, Skewer, Doppelganger, Telekinesis, Firesnap Cookie, Spit Out, Blast Off!, Toss, Snowball, Powershot, Will-O-Wisp and Spider Legs
