Dota 2 has got a new patch 7.27b

In the new 7.27b patch, Valve has changed the parameters of many items, as well as subjected to balance tweaks to many heroes. Some characters of the IO type were limited to one line in the change log and received only 1 increase in speed. During this time, other heroes like Bloodseeker and Clinkz received a significant overhaul of their abilities in general, after which these characters will be played in a completely different way.

In terms of purchasable and collectible items, Abyssal Blade, Mjollnir, Silver Edge, and Solar Crest will now only be tradable. It is no longer possible to disassemble the aforementioned artifacts.
