The chance of getting an Arcana in the new Dota 2 update is 0.3%

In Dota 2, an update was released that introduced two new Arcana items for Vengeful Spirit and Skywrath Mage. Along with them, an event was introduced where players can obtain custom items and also an Arcana item (excluding the new ones). Additionally, in Dota 2, new lines dedicated to unreleased heroes were added. This information was shared by a well-known dataminer on their Telegram channel.
