Sccc could have returned to the scene last season
The Chinese esportsman Sccc could have returned to the professional scene last season. The 27-year-old caster and former carry spoke about this during a recent live broadcast, recalling the invitation to Team Aster before the start of The International 2021. In addition, two or three years ago, an unnamed esports organization offered Sccc to assemble a new roster, but he responded refusal.
On his stream, Sccc revealed that Team Aster invited him to join the roster right before TI10 with no requirements, but he turned it down. He thinks it's too stupid a decision for this part of the season. There is also an organization that offered him to create a new team, but this happened two or three years ago.
Sccc performed on the professional stage from 2014 to 2020. For six years, the 27-year-old Chinese carry has tried his hand at Newbee, Team Aster and EHOME. While playing in the championships, he managed to win Dota2 Professional League Season 2 - Top, Perfect World Masters, ESL One Genting 2018, World Cyber Games 2019 and StarLadder ImbaTV Dota 2 Minor Season 3, earning a total of $1,285,234 in prize money.
However, in early 2021, Sccc left the scene to pursue streaming and championship coverage. In particular, last season he managed to work as an analyst and commentator at DPC CN 2021/2022 Tour 1: Division I, Riyadh Masters 2022 and The International 2022.
As Sccc himself stated, he "wants to live a happy life with his girlfriend" and has no plans to return to the professional Dota 2 scene.
