Team Empire introduced a new Dota 2 roster
The Russian esports organization Team Empire has announced a new Dota 2 roster on their social media. This roster has already been officially registered on the registration site for professional teams for the DPC season, so this Empire roster will be used in the second division of Eastern Europe. The team will be managed by Zealoth.
This year the organization cannot boast of outstanding results. So Team Empire started the DPC season in the first division, but took the last 8th place and were relegated to the second division, receiving a consolation prize of $22,000. There they were able to hold their positions, taking 5th-6th place, which brought the team $4,000, as well as the opportunity to continue playing in the second division.
In addition, the organization took part in tournaments outside of the DPC. Team Empire took 9-12th place at Dota 2 Champions League Season 8 and Dota 2 Champions League Season 9, and at Dota 2 Champions League Season 11 they stopped at 15-16th place.
