Jupiter Launches Pre-IPO Trading with Limit Orders

Jupiter Exchange has officially rolled out full tokenized Pre-IPO stock trading directly inside its terminal.

This goes way beyond the usual token pre-market Jupiter users already know. It’s a brand-new feature: real Pre-IPO trading for shares of private companies, now complete with limit orders.

“Pre-IPO trading is now on Jupiter. Limit Orders are live on @PreStocks, giving you more control over how and when you enter and exit your trades.”

What exactly was launched?

• Partnership with PreStocks - a platform that tokenizes private company shares (1:1 backed via SPVs — each token is backed by real shares through a special-purpose vehicle).
• Limit Orders - the big upgrade. Traditional pre-IPO markets never had this; now you can set your own buy/sell prices instead of just market orders.
• True 24/7 trading — permissionless, no minimum investment, instant execution on Solana.
