Doppler Expands Token Launch Platform to Solana

The Doppler token creation platform, which powers the majority of launches on Base (Ethereum Layer-2 network from Coinbase), has announced its expansion to Solana. This is not just a port, but a complete rebuild under the Solana Virtual Machine (SVM), adapted to Solana's unique architecture, limitations, programming model, and economics. According to data, Doppler already handles over 90% of token launches on Base, creating over 40,000 assets daily and generating $1.5 billion in value through 6 million liquidity pools.

Doppler is a ready-made, audited solution for sustainable token launches that integrates into apps like Zora and Bankr. The platform operates on several EVM-compatible networks and positions itself as a tool for professional products, allowing users to earn fees from token trading regardless of the exchange. The expansion to Solana comes amid growing interaction between Base and Solana, where, according to the Doppler team, "builders with real products, users, and ideas are increasingly appearing on Solana."

The announcement is accompanied by fresh funding: in Q2 2025, Doppler raised $9 million in a seed round from Pantera Capital with participation from Variant, Figment Capital, and Coinbase Ventures. The company emphasizes that the new version for Solana is built "from first principles," taking into account parallel processing and low fees in the network.

"SVM has fundamentally different limitations – different architectural assumptions, programming and accounting models, as well as economic challenges," noted Doppler.

Experts believe that Doppler's entry into Solana will intensify competition among token launch platforms, offering users more options and innovations in DeFi. On X, the news is actively discussed: the Doppler team published a detailed blog post, and crypto analysts predict growth in the Solana ecosystem. This expansion could accelerate cross-chain interaction and attract more projects to Solana, which is already showing high activity metrics.

Doppler's additional plans include further development on EVM networks such as Monad, and support for TGE (Token Generation Events) for large-scale projects. Considering the current boom in the crypto market, such a move could become a catalyst for new innovations in tokenomics.
