Team LDLC signed Mathieu «Maniac» Quiquerez
Mathieu «Maniac» Quiquerez, Team EnVyUs coach, decided that he wanted to return to the career of esportsman and now he is ready to play in the French team. Maniac took a decision to leave the career of the professional CS:GO player in 2015. However, at the beginning of 2016, he joined Team EnVyUs as a coach. He has been taking this position for 6 months, and then decided to return to the career of the professional player. In the second half of 2016, Mathieu returned as a player to the roster of Unity team which was lately renamed to Rogue. The international team was not the best decision for Swiss player, and in October 2016 he left it. Maniac will now reunite with Ex6TenZ in LDLC, returning to a French-speaking team after more than a year of exile. Maniac will be filling the gap left by Alexandre «xms» Forté who will presumably be joining Vincent «Happy» Schopenhauer's new team. Maniac commented his joining to Team LDLC in the following way: «When LDLC called me and offered me a spot I did not need to think more than a second. I followed their evolution very closely and I have been amazed by what they have achieved.» «I am very honored and humbled to be given such an opportunity. Lately my career wasn’t easy nor certain but I did not give up. I practiced hard and I dreamt to get another chance. Today I promise myself and everyone that I will do everything in my power to honor their trust.» «Thank you all for your support and thank you LDLC to give me another reason to push myself more and more.» Team LDLC roster: Kévin «Ex6TenZ» DroolansAlex «ALEX» McMeekinAntoine «to1nou» PirardValentin «mistou» BalbastroMathieu «Maniac» Quiquerez
