From 5 till 3 September the most significant and biggest CS:GO tournament FACEIT Major: London 2018 will be held. This championship will be held in three stages: The New Challengers Stage, The New Legends Stage and The New Champions Stage (but we can remove “New” as this system is not new anymore).

The teams performing not so badly at ELEAGE Major: Boston 2018 will participate in The New Challengers Stage, but not well enough to get to The New Champions Stage. These collectives took the 9-16 places at the previous Major tournament and got invited to The New Challengers Stage of the oncoming FACEIT Major: London 2018. Apart from the teams taking the 9-16 places at FACEIT Major: London 2018, the champions of the previous Minor tournaments will take part in The New Challengers Stage. The Minor championships were held in four regions: America, Europe, CIS and Asia.

Eight best teams of ELEAGUE Major: Boston 2018 and eight best participants in The New Challengers Stage will be participating in The New Legends Stage. Sixteen collectives will fight for eight invites to New Champions Stage, where the biggest part of the prize pool will be fought for.

The prize pool will consist of $1,000,000, and the main money reward will be $500,000. The second finalist will get a prize of $150,000, and the participants taking the 3-4 places in the tournament bracket will get $70,000 each.

Such collectives as Astralis, Natus Vincere, Team Liquid, MIBR, G2 Esports, mousesports and many other famous rosters from the CS:GO world will be participating in the championship. The unusual holding format, interesting matches, huge number of famous teams and the champion status are four main reasons for not missing FACEIT Major: London 2018 for fans of interesting CS:GO.

DreamHack Montreal 2018 (7-9 September)

While holding the most important tournament of the second half of 2018, one more event will be held. From 7 till 9 September DreamHack Montreal 2018 will be taking place in montreal and its prize pool will be $100,000. The main money reward will consist of $50,000, the second finalist will get $20,000, and the teams taking the 3-4 place will get $10,000 each.

Such teams as The Imperial, Team Kinguin, ENCE eSports, eUnited, Heroic, AGO eSports, Luminosity Gaming and Red Reserve will be participating in the tournament. We can’t say that this tournament is as interesting as FACEIT Major: London 2018, but it will be interesting to watch the strongest teams from Poland, Lithuania and Finland for those who don’t like missing any event in the CS:GO world or fans of the teams.

ESL One New York 2018 (26-30 September)

After the end of the Major tournament in three days the biggest championship in the CS:GO world ESL One New York 2018 starts. It is a notable fact that ESL One New York will be a part of the series of the tournaments of Intel Grand Slam. We want to remind that the team that will be able to get four wins during Intel Grand Slam or to get the biggest number of victories at ten tournaments of the series ESL and DreamHack Masters, will get a money reward of $1,000,000. Now FaZe Clan are the closest to their goal. They have three victories and hold the first place.

As for the prize pool of ESL One New York 2018, it will consist of $250,000. There is no information about the way the fond will be divided between the participants of the championship.

We should mark that ESL One New York 2018 is interesting for the audience thanks to the teams fighting for the reward. Such collectives as FaZe Clan, Fnatic, Natus Vincere, G2 Esports, Team Liquid, mousesports, Gambit eSports and NRG eSports will participate in the championship.

ESL One New York 2018 won’t be original in the holding format. Eight participants will be divided into two groups where they will play by the GSL system. After that two best collectives from each group will get to the semi-final of the playoff stage.

If after watching of the Major tournament you want more of competitive CS:GO with famous rosters, ESL One New York 2018 is the tournament you shouldn’t miss.

BLAST Pro Series Istanbul 2018 (28-29 September)

The final September tournament will be the second season of BLAST Pro Series Istanbul 2018. As we can understand from the title, the championship will be taking place in Istanbul from 28 to 29 September and the number of the participants in the event will be equal to six team. The organizers invited all the teams directly and the lucky teams are Astralis, Cloud9, MIBR, Ninjas in Pyjamas, Space Soldiers and Virtus.pro.

An interesting feature of this event is the fact that a rather big prize pool of $250,000 will be divided between the six participants. The champion of the tournament will get the main money reward of $125,000. The second finalist will get $50,000, and the third finalist will be rewarded with $25,000.

The holding format won’t be standard as well. The teams will play by the system Round Robin at the group stage. According to the results of the group stage two best participants will get to the Grand Final. The team taking the third place in this bracket will have a showmatch entitled Pro Standoff, where an extra money bonus of $20,000 will be fought for.

This tournament should be watched due to its unusual and creative holding system and the teams performing at BLAST Pro Series Istanbul 2018.
