ELEAGUE has finalized participant list for Counter Strike

Turner and WME | IMG organization has announced today the finalization of participant list for the first league season.

18 teams had been announced previously, but the ultimate announcement stated that 24 participants are invited into the competition. The most prominent esports organizations including Luminosity Gaming, Natus Vincere, fnatic are invited. TyLoo (China), DreamHack Masters Malmö break-through, became the only representatives of Asian CS:GO esports community.

Regular ELEAGUE season will be held from May, 26 to July, 1 (6 full weeks). It includes bracket of the last chance and play-off matches. The play-off series will be ended with the final, played according to the Double Elimination method. Final match, named Global Championship, will be held on June, 6. Prize poll of the tournament is $1.2 mln, and this is the biggest prize for Counter Strike Global Offensive competitions.
