The situation is rather ambiguous. The executive director says that players owe money to the organization. E- sportsmen, in turn, claim that DreamEaters did not fulfill their duties and behaved unprofessionally towards players.

The main quotes that explain the situation:

Anton Vinogradov, CEO of DreamEaters:

“We had a difficult period, when we had big salary delays, we agreed with the players that if the debt remains, it will be compensated from the share of the organization’s stickers. At the moment, we have closed all debts except May, on account of this month we transferred 240Hz monitors to the players and agreed that the rest of the debt will be paid out of our share of stickers. ”

Now the situation is this: all 6 people are going to go into the sunset, taking the percentage that they owe to the team. In exchange, according to the players, we must keep the prize money that the team has earned recently.

However, our position is simple: during the preparation for minor and major players lived on the territory of the organization, received a salary and were supported financially in every possible way. Since significant money was spent, we believe that they should be compensated by the players or by an organization that takes them to themselves.

We will not leave this situation just like that and will contact all official representatives of tournament operators and organizations in order to remove players from participating in tournaments until this situation is resolved.

"Team maintenance is a very expensive and absolutely non-profitable business, and even more so the maintenance of a team that does not show stable results (as it was half a year ago)."

The captain of the ex-DreamEaters, Svyatoslav 'svyat' Dovbah also did not stand aside and told how the players see this situation:

“Our position is simple - the organization did not fulfill its obligations under the contract, so we decided to leave it. This feature was originally spelled out in one of the paragraphs.

It all started with delays in paying salaries. And not for 1 month, or even for 2. For more than 3 months we have been waiting for our salaries and fed on promises that they will be paid. You can say a lot of interesting things about the prizes, but they were paid there for a very, very long time, being already on his accounts.

At that time (and this was before the minor), a European organization became interested in us and instead of selling us, making money and paying off his debt to us, he won over the transfer amount of $ 300k...

When we started a slight recession online, I said, “why pay you salaries?”. And in general, he behaved quite boldly towards the players. When we needed to buy tickets to fly home - he answered in PM, saying: "Have you seen what day it is today? Today is Saturday, so don’t write anything to me, I have a day off."

Directly in front of Minor and Major, we already had a question, is it worth going to this tournament under the DreamEaters tag. But we had no choice, because he owed us a lot more, and if we left the organization, we would never have seen our money, I guarantee you that.

And oh, what a coincidence, but after we went from minor to major - we were paid debts for salaries (not all, nothing has been paid and will not be paid in May) and prize money for the previous six months. Although before that we regularly fed otmazy about accounting, all sorts of limits on payments and so on and so forth.

After a long and thorough discussion with the team, we decided to leave this organization and terminate the contracts by written notification by mail. And even despite all of the above, we are ready to refuse prizes that have not yet been paid to us (minor, major, tricolor, Polish lan) in favor of the CEO, the amount of which exceeds its share from the stickers. "This decision was made for one simple reason - we want to end any further relationships with this organization."
