Endpoint re-signed contracts with four players
The British esports organization Endpoint has announced the re-signing of four-player contracts. MiGHTYMAX, CRUC1AL, Surreal and Thomas have renewed their existing agreements for two years, and have also received "heir" status, which the organization hopes will help keep players in the future.
RossR, the former team coach and now general manager, explained how the successor status would work: "Players who are loyal employees of the organization and are here for a certain period of time have the opportunity, in fact, to own each other's own capital on the team."...
In practical terms, this means that any of the four players, as well as RossR himself, as the fifth backbone member, will be given a portion of the ransom fee the next time one of their teammates is sold. Note that this step is not without reason. In the past six months alone, the organization has parted ways with its two young stars flameZ and mezii, and such sales will directly benefit players in the future.
It is noted that the status is not limited to current players, however, it can be set for any player who represents the organization for an extended period of time. At the moment, there are no definite boundaries, upon crossing which the player can receive the status of "heir".
The current composition of Endpoint is as follows:
- MiGHTYMAX.
- CRUC1AL.
- Surreal.
- Thomas.
- BOROS.
