Virtus.pro has opened a recruitment for the youth squad

The Russian esports organization Virtus.pro announced the opening of a new recruitment for the youth squad. In addition, the organization announced the upcoming reorganization of the VP.Prodigy youth team.

"It is a normal practice for academic teams to rotate rosters at various tournaments. Players whose places are taken by newcomers will remain members of an active roster. The main goal of such changes is to help young talents develop individually and find the best combinations to build a team game," she said organization.

To get into the new VP.Prodigy roster, a beginner will have to leave a request and at the same time meet a number of parameters:

• Age up to 19 years.
• More than 3000 ELO on the FACEIT platform.
• Over 2000 matches on FACEIT.
• Accommodation in Russia and Belarus (due to restrictions caused by the coronavirus pandemic).

The first newcomers to the team will play official matches under the VP.Prodigy banner in the near future. Players who are replaced by new players will remain part of the active roster. The organization noted that it will no longer adhere to the concept of a five-player roster.
