Phantom Club Accuses Exort of Withholding Refunds After Tournament Cancellation

Phantom Club has publicly accused Tier-2 tournament organizer Exort of not refunding entry fees following the cancellation of an event.

According to the team, Exort stated that all participants had received their refunds, but Phantom Club claims this information is inaccurate. The tournament, Exort Cataclysm 1, was scheduled to take place in Warsaw in February but was ultimately called off.

Despite the cancellation, the organizers have allegedly failed to return the entry fees and have not responded to further communication attempts.
