broky Returns to FaZe CS2 Main Roster

On July 9, 2025, esports organization FaZe Clan officially announced the return of Latvian AWPer Helvijs broky Saugis to the main Counter-Strike 2 roster. The news was shared via the team's social media channels.

As a reminder, broky was benched back in May, and during his absence, Ukrainian star player Oleksandr s1mple Kostyliev stepped in as a stand-in for FaZe.

With s1mple in the lineup, FaZe managed to reach the playoffs of the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 and finished 9th–12th at IEM Dallas 2025. Despite these results, the organization has decided to reinstate broky in the starting five.

Although s1mple had publicly expressed his desire to stay with FaZe, the transfer reportedly didn’t go through due to the high buyout cost of his contract with his original team. As a result, the temporary cooperation between the Ukrainian player and FaZe has come to an end.
