zews is the new head coach of Fluxo
The Brazilian esports organization Fluxo has announced the appointment of zews as the head coach of the CS:GO roster. The 35 year old Brazilian specialist joins the team from O PLANO to replace Xamp.
Lots of history. A lot of luggage. Lots of experience to share. Meet our new CS:GO coach, i.e. teacher of teachers. Welcome zews.
zews is one of the most experienced coaches on the Brazilian scene. During his career, the 35-year-old specialist has worked with such teams as Luminosity, SK Gaming, Team Liquid, MIBR and Evil Geniuses. Together with them, he managed to win MLG Major Championship: Columbus 2016, ESL One: Cologne 2016, SuperNova Malta 2018 and BLAST Premier: Spring 2020 American Finals, as well as reach the finals at Esports Championship Series Season 1 - Finals, ESL Pro League Season 7 - Finals, ESL Pro League Season 8 - Finals and Flashpoint Season 1.
However, at the beginning of last year, zews had a heart attack, after which the coach was preparing to leave eSports for good. However, a few months later, the Brazilian specialist resolved his health problems to lead the O PLANO team. However, here the famous coach did not make a revolution, as the team stopped at the early stages of the qualifiers, and also took one of the last places in the Intel Extreme Masters Road to Rio 2022: American RMR.
In turn, the Fluxo organization said goodbye to Xamp, who, despite the large number of trophies won, did not deserve to remain in the team. The 30-year-old Brazilian specialist is rumored to be joining O PLANO. Now that the masks have been dropped, the transfer could be officially announced.
The debut of Fluxo in the new roster will take place as part of the nearest open qualifier for the ESL Pro League Season 17: South American Conference, which will be held from January 16 to 17.
