fer on possible retirement: "You'll know soon enough"
fer, the current player of Imperial Esports, spoke about the rumors that send the esports player to retirement. On his Instagram, the 31-year-old Brazilian promised to reveal his future soon, assuring that fans will know about his future very soon.
To answer most of the questions I get asked, am I going to leave Imperial Esports, will I retire, will I retire, will I finally continue... soon you will all know, a little more, but soon you will know about my future and everything will become clear.
Recall that fer joined Imperial Esports in February 2022. During the season, the 31-year-old Brazilian player became the winner of the OMEN WGR European Challenge 2022, and also made it to the top three at FiReLEAGUE Latin Power Spring 2022, PGL Major Antwerp 2022: American RMR, ESL Challenger at DreamHack Melbourne 2022 and FiReLEAGUE 2022: Global Finals.
Moreover, fer is one of the most titled players in the Brazilian scene, having won two Majors in 2016. He has over $1,000,000 in prize money to his credit.
Nevertheless, after the end of the home Intel Extreme Masters Rio Major 2022, a lot of rumors appeared on the network that sent fer to a well-deserved retirement. At the same time, the esportsman himself said that he would make a decision after a vacation and a conversation with teammates.
Interestingly, there were also rumors about the retirement of FalleN, the sniper and captain of Imperial Esports. However, the experienced Brazilian managed to assure the fans that he would remain in the team and would definitely perform in the next competitive season.
The nearest championship for the Brazilian team is ESL Pro League Season 17: South American Conference, which will be held in the middle of next month. Here Imperial Esports will compete for one of two available tickets to ESL Pro League Season 17.
