chopper: "Losing degster was a big blow because he's such a great player"
chopper, the captain of Team Spirit, spoke about the adaptation of "dragons" after the loss of degster. In an interview with Dexerto, he also added that after the departure of the sniper, the team "breathed a sigh of relief" because degster "behaved like a superstar, but did not fulfill the duties of a superstar."
If we're talking directly about CS:GO, the loss of degster was a big blow because he's a player who performs well in big matches. He is quite experienced, he can change the situation on the server and take over the management of the team. At the same time, outside the server, parting with him was a kind of relief. degster acted like a superstar but didn't carry out the duties of a superstar. A superstar's job is to help the team get better, but he didn't because he was kind of a recluse. The four of us talked a lot, and degster was alone all the time. Things became more obvious after the Major because he considered himself better than some of his teammates. This is unproductive.
Recall that degster left Team Spirit in early June, citing a number of disagreements. In his place, the Russian-Serbian organization acquired a young Ukrainian sniper w0nderful.
Currently, Team Spirit is preparing to debut at IEM Rio Major 2022. In the first round of the Legends stage, the team will meet with representatives of the Bad News Eagles.
