GuardiaN puts career on pause due to health issues

The Czech esports organization Team Sampi announced the forced departure of GuardiaN from the starting lineup of the CS:GO team. The eminent Slovak sniper is forced to suspend his esports career until the end of this year due to health problems.

Today we bring you bad news. GuardiaN is taking a break for the rest of the year due to health issues. We really wanted to see him with all of you at the upcoming LAN tournaments in our jersey, but this is not possible.

GuardiaN is the most famous representative of Slovakia on stage. Having become famous thanks to his performances for the NAVI team, the 31-year-old sniper managed to win many championships, including Intel Extreme Masters X - San Jose and ESL One: New York 2016.

At the same time, GuardiaN managed to spend several years in FaZe Clan, where he added an extensive collection of trophies thanks to victories at EPICENTER 2018, Esports Championship Series Season 4 - Finals and ELEAGUE CS:GO Premier 2017, among others.

Well, for the last six months, the Slovak has been playing for the Team Sampi team, with which he managed to win the silver medals of the Tipsport Online Cup 2022. The sniper himself did not comment on the news about his departure from the stage, and also did not officially announce his health problems.

At the next championships, a young sniper habyzz, who is an active player in the organization's academy, will play for the Slovak team.
