WePlay Academy League Season 5 Announced
Tournament operator WePlay Esports has officially unveiled the next season of WePlay Academy League Season 5. ENCE Academy, which presented its roster just a week ago, will act as a new participant in the championship. WePlay Academy League Season 5 will run from July 25 to August 14, adding variety to esports and CS:GO fans during the summer break.

Fourteen teams from Europe, CIS, Turkey and Brazil will take part in WePlay Academy League Season 5: NAVI Junior, Young Ninjas, MOUZ NXT, BIG Academy, Astralis Talent, FNATIC Rising, ENCE Academy, OG Academy, 00PROSPECTS, Apeks Rebels, Young Gods, FURIA Academy, Spirit Academy and Eternal Fire Academy.
It is expected that in the near future teams such as 00PROSPECTS and Team Spirit Academy, who are already testing newcomers before the start of WePlay Academy League Season 5, will present their updated rosters.
It is unclear whether the championship will retain the format of the previous season. It is likely that the WePlay Academy League Season 5 prize pool will remain unchanged at $100,000. At the same time, the participants of the event will again determine the finalists of the tournament at the group stage and the Play-In stage.
