felps: "Winning a Major would be the perfect ending to my career"
felps, who is currently on the bench for the GODSENT team, shared his plans for the future in an interview with Dust2. In addition, during a conversation with reporters, the 25-year-old Brazilian esportsman said that he would like to finish his career by winning the Major.
Winning the Major would be the perfect ending to my career. It will be difficult for players like b1t to understand this motivation, because he won the Major on the first try, but for me, kNgV-, HEN1, LUCAS1 and other guys, this is a special story. I've had a lot of big wins in my career. I won ESL One Cologne and other titles, but none of that matters when there is no main trophy. Winning a Major is like winning twenty seasons of the ESL Pro League.
Right now I'm close to signing a contract with a new team. Getting to the home major is the main thing for which I continue my professional career. I will try to do my best to get to this championship. It doesn't matter what the goals will be at the Major itself. The main thing is that later I can proudly say that I competed at the World Championships in Brazil.
Recall that felps spent the last season and a half as part of GODSENT, together with which he became the winner of DreamHack Open September 2021: North America and ESEA Season 38: Advanced Division - North America, took second place at Intel Extreme Masters XVI - Fall: North America, and also took part in PGL Major Stockholm 2021.
However, back in March, the player left the starting lineup of the team, and a few months later announced the search for a new team. According to rumors, felps may join the new Fluxo organization, which is exploring options for entering the CS:GO scene.
A possible Fluxo CS:GO roster is as follows:
- helpps
- WOOD7
- v$m
- Lucaozy
- lux
- xamp (trainer)
