Nemiga Gaming sends CS:GO roster to inactive
The Belarusian esports organization Nemiga Gaming has announced the transfer of its CS:GO roster to inactive. It is reported that such a decision to make in connection with the unsatisfactory results of the team.
Due to the unsatisfactory results of the CS:GO team, it was decided to transfer the entire team to the bench. We would like to apologize to our fans and the people who follow us, these are not the results that we are waiting for and what we have always strived for. No, we do not give up, we are working on the mistakes, now we are considering options for changing and strengthening our roster.
The backbone of the latest Nemiga Gaming roster was formed at the beginning of last year, having undergone some changes at the beginning of 2022. During this time, the Belarusian team managed to win ESEA Cash Cup: Europe - Spring 2022 #2 and ESEA Cash Cup: Europe - Spring 2022 #3, as well as enter the top three at ESEA Season 38: Advanced Division - Europe, Funspark ULTI 2021: Europe Season 4 and ESEA Cash Cup: Europe - Spring 2022 #6.
However, in the new season, the team failed to take a step forward, in particular, failing all four open qualifiers for the PGL Major Antwerp 2022: European RMR, while failing to qualify for any major championship.
At the same time, at the start of the new season, Nemiga Gaming signed young players Chill and BELCHONOKK, who also failed to prove themselves at the adult level. The last championship for the team was ESEA Season 41: Advanced Division - Europe, according to the results of which the team took 9th-12th place, earning a ticket to the next division season.
