The Brazilian peacemaker specialist who currently leads Imperial Esports has been unbanned by ESIC. From now on, the coach can again work freely after completing an additional investigation, taking into account the evidence provided.

According to the published information, the peacemaker challenged ESIC's preliminary ruling on the ban with the help of his lawyer. After consideration of the appeal, the head of the Commission, Ian Smith, accepted the evidence of innocence and terminated the proceedings, thereby removing all charges and sanctions from the specialist.

The specialist managed to prove that he did not transmit any information to his players, and also tried in every possible way to prevent the bug from appearing, in particular, he rejoined the server during the match. peacemaker thanked former Heroic players, journalists and the community for their help in providing evidence of his innocence.

In addition, the peacemaker himself noted that he does not hold a grudge against ESIC, although the preliminary decision on the ban prevented him from taking part in PGL Major Antwerp 2022. The specialist also expressed his readiness to further assist ESIC if necessary.

Although the temporary suspension of the coach was lifted, the peacemaker did not explain exactly how he was able to prove that he did not pass information on to the players of his team. ESIC also did not release any statement or make any comments regarding the announcement. However, the 34-year-old specialist added that soon the Commission will make a formal decision for everyone to see.

Recall that ESIC brought charges against the peacemaker for using a bug with which the coach flew around the map and could see the location of the players of the opposite team. According to the charge, the 34-year-old Brazilian risked a two-year ban.

At the moment, the fate of the two coaches, who were subject to preliminary punishment under the new ESIC investigation, is unknown. Along with zakk and hally, they were also sanctioned by the ESIC, thus missing PGL Major Antwerp 2022.
