First details of Fragadelphia 17 revealed

Tournament operators Nerd Street Gamers and Fragadelphia have revealed the first details of Fragadelphia 17, a new series of ten championships across the United States of America.

A new $155,000 Fragadelphia Series, culminating at Fragadelphia 17 in Philadelphia, will begin in April. There will be eight ranking points tournaments over the coming months that will determine the list of participants in the $100,000 final event in September.

All interested players and teams can take part in the championships, while the first 64 teams that register full squads of five people will receive places.

• Georgetown, TX: April 30 - May 1
• Denver, CO: May 7-8.
• Brentwood, MO: May 17-18.
• North Brunswick, NJ: June 11-12.
• Chicago, IL: June 18-19.
• Fullerton, CA: June 25-26.
• Philadelphia, PA: July 16-17.
• Fullerton, California: August 12-14.
• Last Chance Qualiifer: September 8th

As a reminder, Fragadelphia 16 ended on March 6th. The championship was won by the Strife Esports team, which earned $24,000.
