Liazz returned to Renegades
The North American esports organization Renegades has announced changes to its CS:GO roster by signing a contract with Liazz. Earlier it was reported that the 24-year-old Australian esportsman will join the team as a stand-in.
Renegades has been looking to strengthen its roster for the past two months, having parted ways with malta back in December. At the same time, the team failed the end of the season, being eliminated from ESL Pro League Conference Season 15 and PGL Major Stockholm 2021.
In turn, Liazz spent the last season with EXTREMUM, where the Australian failed to prove himself. As a result, the 24-year-old player was left out of the scene in October, when, amid crumpled performances and a failure in the RMR cycle, the Russian organization transferred the roster to inactive.
Liazz has already represented the colors of the Renegades between 2018 and 2019. During this period, the esportsman won the Asia Minor Championship - Katowice 2019, and also made it to the top three at StarSeries & i-League CS:GO Season 7 and StarLadder Berlin Major 2019. However, the paths of the player and the organization parted ways in October 2019, when the line-up was bought out by 100 Thieves.
Renegades will start their journey at IEM Katowice 2022 with the Play-In stage starting on Tuesday, February 15th. In the first match of the championship, the Australian team will face OG.
From now on, the composition of Renegades is as follows:
- Sico.
- INS.
- Hatz.
- aliStair.
- Liazz.
- Kingfisher (coach).
