Calyx leaves Eternal Fire
Turkish esports organization Eternal Fire has announced changes to its CS:GO starting roster, sending Calyx to the bench. The 23-year-old esportsman temporarily went inactive due to personal problems. In the upcoming tournaments, duggyversus, who recently joined the Eternal Fire Academy, will perform with the team.
Calyx, a member of our CS:GO team, has been benched due to personal issues. At this time, the player of our academy duggyversus will play in the main roster in test mode.
Calyx joined Eternal Fire in August last year, becoming the founding member of the team's original line-up. Together with the team, the 23-year-old Turkish esportsman became the winner of ESL Türkiye Şampiyonası: Summer 2021, and also made it to the top three at REPUBLEAGUE Season 2 and Exeedme Revolution.
duggyversus entered the professional scene early last year playing for several local teams. At the end of the season, the 18-year-old esportsman moved to the Eternal Fire Academy, together with which he took 7-8th place in the WePlay Academy League Season 3.
The debut of the young player will take place on Monday, January 24, when the Turkish team will start their journey in the Pinnacle Winter Series #1.
