cool4st and hasteka left Checkmate

Mongolian esports organization Checkmate has officially unveiled a roster for the new season, which has no room for cool4st and hasteka. These players leave the team, making room for kabal and nin9, who had previously moved to the team from the Team Renewal camp.

cool4st and hasteka joined the team in August 2021. While the 19-year-old Mongolian sniper had already represented the team's colors earlier, for hasteka this experience was the first full-fledged chance to declare itself after unsuccessful trips to gain a foothold in the main D13 roster. Together with cool4st and hasteka, the Mongolian team won Funspark ULTI 2021: Asia Season 3 and Funspark ULTI 2021: Asia Playoffs # 2, and also took second place in the gamescom Asia Challenge 2021 and JBL Quantum Cup 2021.

Note that cool4st has already found a new home, as the player was bought by The Black Company. At the same time, the future of hasteka remains unknown.

Checkmate will soon be heading to Europe to take part in the Funspark ULTI 2021 online from January 18-24.
