Complexity may withdraw from Copenhagen Flames player transfer negotiations
According to Dexerto, North American esports organization Complexity may withdraw from Copenhagen Flames player transfer negotiations. The organization has now switched to other options, in particular the ability to build a roster from scratch in North America.
The transfer saga around the Copenhagen Flames five has been unfolding for several months. Back in October, the Danish organization made it clear that it was ready to let go of its roster for a ridiculous sum, estimated at $ 500,000. From that moment on, the Complexity organization was considered the main contender for the Danish five, which by that time had already disbanded its composition, wishing to return to the discipline next season.
In early December, sources reported that Complexity was actively negotiating a transfer with Copenhagen Flames, while the organization itself had long wanted to assemble a squad from Denmark.
However, over the past week, Complexity has begun to consider other options, including setting up a squad based in North America. At the same time, it is expected that the organization will make a final decision on the future of its division in the coming days.
Recall that the last roster of Copenhagen Flames was formed in May 2021. During this time, the team became the winner of BLAST Rising 2021 and Malta Vibes Knockout Series # 4, and also stopped in the map from reaching the playoffs of PGL Major Stockholm 2021. At the same time, the squad has already lost its head coach, since at the end of November pita announced leaving for Dignitas.
The current roster of Copenhagen Flames is as follows:
- Jabbi.
- nicoodoz.
- roeJ.
- HooXi.
- Zyphon.
