Rumor: floppy is in talks with Extra Salt

According to sources close to the situation, floppy is negotiating a contract with Extra Salt. The 21-year-old American seems to be returning to CS: GO after a short stretch at VALORANT. It is currently unknown who exactly will be replaced by the player, as the organization is still considering what changes to make to the core squad.

floppy was previously considered one of North America's most promising talents, having spent years in the semi-professional local scene. However, in January 2020, the 21-year-old joined Cloud9, where he spent more than a year, having survived a powerful restructuring, coupled with the infusion of a lot of money from the organization.

However, in the spring of 2021, floppy decided to move to VALORANT, where he is so welcome in Cloud9 Blue. But here, too, the player was unable to stay, having performed only in a few championships. Just five months later, the organization parted ways with a player who pointed to burnout, not finding the same love for VALORANT as it did for Counter-Strike as a child, and struggling with the state of the North American scene as reasons why he felt lack of purpose at the time.
