ESL announces Wild Rift SEA Championship 2021
Tournament organizer ESL Mobile has announced a teaming up with video game publisher and developer Riot Games, announcing the Wild Rift SEA Championships 2021.
The championship will be held as part of the Wild Rift SEA Icon Series: Fall Season - the official series of Riot Games tournaments for Southeast Asia. The tournament will feature 21 teams from Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand, competing for an aggregate prize pool of $ 200,000 in three stages. The playoffs of the tournament are scheduled for September 14th.

After the Play-In, the group stage will begin from September 23 to 26, where teams will book their place in the main event slated for September 30. Wild Rift SEA Championships 2021 will air on Twitch, YouTube and Facebook in eight languages.
Wild Rift SEA Championship 2021 Schedule:
- Stage 1: Play-In - September 14-19, 2021.
- Stage 2: Group stage - September 23-26, 2021.
- Stage 3: Main Event - September 30 - October 3, 2021.
