Cloud9 Blue parted ways with Relyks
Cloud9 Blue has officially announced its separation from Relyks. Note that the 26-year-old American was one of those who went all the way of the formation of the band on stage.
"I'm not 100% sure about my future, but now I'm going to stream and take some rest, focusing on my mental health. During this time, I will still be open to suggestions, but I'm in no rush. I would like to manage my time properly. and join a team that suits my role and personality, "wrote Relyks.
Joining the team back in May last year, the Relyks quickly established themselves as a tough fighter. Together with him, Cloud9 won Elite Esports - Rivalry Bowl North America, and also took second place in the Immortals First Light. After the division of the team into several parts (the North American composition of Cloud9 became known as Cloud9 Blue), Relyks continued to be one of the leaders. In the summer, the team made it to the TOP-3 three times in a row at the Pittsburgh Knights Invitational Gauntlet Series, Pop Flash and NSG x Renegades Invitational.
However, the team failed to qualify for First Strike North America, after which Cloud9 Blue was forced to revise its roster. However, the Relyks continued to be among the players the team was betting on, despite a string of bad results at the start of the new season. As a result, in March Cloud9 Blue was able to win Nerd Street Gamers: 2021 Monthly March, reminding of itself. But the team continued to fail in the VCT 2021 series, which, of course, affected the prospects of the roster.
From now on, the composition of Cloud9 Blue is as follows:
- mitch.
- leaf.
- Xeta.
- poiz.
- Autumn (trainer).
