The VALORANT developers announced that already in patch 2.04 they will add a new agent to the game, who received the callsign "Astra". The character can blind, stun and weaken opponents with the help of the "stars" laid out on the map in advance. The update itself is planned to be released on March 3, and you can learn more about the agent's abilities below:
