BIG officially parted ways with their roster
German esports organization BIG has officially parted ways with its VALORANT roster. Recall that the roster was moved to inactive back in September, but now the club has released the players from contracts and wished them good luck in the future.
Thank you for everything luckeRRR, AslaN, musashi, Obnoks, Twisten and KUNDIKUNDI! You have written an important piece of BIG history and we wish you all the best on your next adventure!
Despite frequent lineup changes, BIG managed to maintain some core throughout the year. During this time, the German team managed to win Kingdom Calling #3, A1 eSports Valorant Cup #2, FEL Valorant Cup #3 and Kingdom Calling #6, as well as take second place in the VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: EMEA Challengers Promotion.
However, the team failed to show itself in the main Challengers series, where it took the last place twice in the first and second splits.
Moreover, the German club failed to get into the list of partners for participation in the European League. Immediately after that, the organization allowed its players to look for options to continue their careers. It is noteworthy that of the entire lineup, only Twisten managed to find a new home for himself by joining Team Vitality.
It is unclear if BIG will remain in the discipline given the latest news. If earlier the team had an invite to Red Bull Home Ground #3, then recently it withdrew from the championship and left even more questions about its future.
BIG's latest VALORANT roster:
- luckeRRR
- Aslan
- musashi
- Obnoks
- Twisted
- KUNDIKUND (coach)
