Excel Esports intends to exclude ozzy and elllement from the roster

According to the Dexerto portal, the British esports organization Excel Esports intends to make changes to the starting lineup for the VALORANT discipline, abandoning the services of ozzy and elllement. Recall that both esportsmen joined the team at the beginning of the current season.

The club's management made a similar decision after an unsuccessful performance at the VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: EMEA Challengers Promotion, as a result of which the team failed to qualify for the playoffs, losing two matches in the group stage.

ozzy and elllement joined Excel Esports at the beginning of 2022, having moved from the NoPoaching camp. In four months, the players helped the team win the VRL 2022 Northern Europe: Polaris Stage 1, but failed to qualify for the VCT 2022: Europe Stage 1 Challengers, as well as the latest VCT 2022: EMEA Challengers Promotion.

At the moment, both players are in search of new teams, while the Excel Esports organization has not yet decided on potential replacement candidates. However, the British club will soon start a test period to find new players before the start of the next split in May.

The current Excel Esports VALORANT roster is as follows:

  • Moe40.
  • chiwawa.
  • paTiTek.
  • element.
  • ozzy.
  • Jumpy (head coach).
  • Fields (assistant coach).
