Munchkin left Crazy Raccoon
Japanese esports organization Crazy Raccoon has announced a roster change for VALORANT, parting ways with Munchkin. The 24-year-old South Korean esportsman has represented the club's colors since January 2021. The organization thanked the player for his contribution and wished him good luck in his future endeavors.
Munchkin joined Crazy Raccoon at the beginning of last year, having spent his first stint in the discipline with Cloud9 Korea. During the season, the 24-year-old South Korean esportsman helped the team become the winner of the VALORANT TechnoBlood Climber Summit, VCT 2021: Japan Stage 1 Masters and VCT 2021: Japan Stage 2 Challengers Finals, as well as get into the top three at VCT 2021: Japan Stage 2 Challengers 1 and VCT 2021: Japan Stage 3 Challengers Playoffs.
In addition, together with Crazy Raccoon, the player took part in three international tournaments - VCT 2021: Stage 2 Masters - Reykjavík, VCT 2021: Stage 3 Masters - Berlin and VALORANT Champions 2021.
The last championship for Munchkin as part of Crazy Raccoon was the VCT 2022: Japan Stage 1 Challengers Playoffs, following which the team took second place and was left without a Masters in Iceland.
