New Zealand esportsman moved from CS:GO to VALORANT
24-year-old New Zealand esportsman soju_j changed his discipline, having moved from CS:GO to VALORANT. From now on, the player will play for the Mindfreak team, which recently announced the signing of the former Chiefs Esports Club roster.
soju_j started her esports career in 2016. During this time, the New Zealander managed to play for such teams as Avant Gaming, VERTEX Esports Club, Chiefs Esports Club and Dire Wolves. In addition, soju_j spent four months as the head coach of VERTEX ESC. During his playing career, the 24-year-old New Zealand cybersportsman became the winner of the LPL ANZ Championship and LPL Pro League 2021 Season 1, and also entered the top three at CyberGamer Pro League Season 14, ESL AU & NZ Championship - Season 9, Perfect World Oceania League Fall 2020 and ESL ANZ Champs Season 12.
In total, soju_j earned $10,673 in prize money.
The 24-year-old New Zealand esportsman made a successful VALORANT debut with his first 2-0 victory over Iconic on the VALORANT Oceania Tour 2022: Stage 1.
