aproto and YaBoiDre may join Evil Geniuses

According to insider George Geddes, North American esports organization Evil Geniuses is currently considering signing aproto and YaBoiDre. Players are already being tested for the roster, while signings could be announced in the coming days.

aproto and YaBoiDre spent their last season with Luminosity Gaming. Together with the team, the Americans won the Nerd Street Gamers - Winter Championship, and also made it to the top three at the NSG x Complexity Invitational, VCT 2021: North America Stage 1 Challengers 1, VCT 2021: North America Stage 1 Challengers 3 and VCT 2021: North America Stage 3 Challengers 2. At the same time, last week the organization officially parted ways with esportsmen who became free agents.

In turn, Evil Geniuses continues to experience big problems with the composition. Only at the beginning of 2022, the organization parted ways with roca, Temperature and BRANTED. A team needs to add three players to their starting roster in order to take part in the upcoming VALORANT Champions Tour in North America, which begins with an open qualifier on January 27th.
