FunPlus Phoenix Set To Sign SUYGETSU

FunPlus Phoenix is set to sign with SUYGETSU, currently in forZe. This is reported by sources of the VLR portal close to the situation.

The first talk about the possible joining of the 19-year-old Russian appeared a few days ago, when a Halo insider published a list of players who were tested as part of FunPlus Phoenix. It is now clear that it was SUYGETSU that attracted the attention of the team, which, due to poor results, parted ways with ShadoW and dimasick at the end of last month.

SUYGETSU has been part of forZe since last September. Together with the team of the 19-year-old, the Russian became the winner of First Strike CIS, LVP - Rising Series # 1, VCT 2021: CIS Stage 1 Challengers 3, VCT 2021: CIS Stage 2 Challengers 1 and VCT 2021: CIS Stage 3 Challengers 2. In addition, on account of SUYGETSU the MVP medal of the VCT 2021: CIS Stage 3 Challengers 2, received in July this year.

The testing of a fifth player for the updated FunPlus Phoenix roster is reportedly still ongoing.
