Allushin leads Gen.G Mobil1 Racing
Multinational esports organization Gen.G Esports has appointed Allushin as the head coach of their men's Rocket League team. The 23-year-old Canadian specialist has already managed to try his hand at RLCS 2022-23 - Fall: North America Regional 1 - Fall Open: Top 16 Qualifier.
Allushin has relatively little coaching experience, having spent three months at the helm of Team Envy. Moreover, during this time the team did not win a single championship, after which the club decided to return it to the player's position.
However, as a "footballer" Allushin has achieved much more success, having played for such teams as Ghost Gaming, FaZe Clan and OpTic Gaming. Here, the 23-year-old Canadian managed to win RLCS 2021-22 - Fall: NA Regional Event 1 - North American Open, and also get into the TOP-3 at RLCS Season X - Spring: NA Major, Intel World Open - Americas Regional Finals and RLCS 2021 -22 - Fall Split Major, among others.
Allushin himself managed to make his debut at the helm of Gen.G Mobil1 Racing during the recent qualifiers for the first autumn split championship. However, there the North American team got only one victory, while after three defeats they went to the closed qualifiers.
The next test of strength for Gen.G Mobil1 Racing will be the closed qualifier for the 2022-23 RLCS - Fall: North America Regional 1 - Fall Open tomorrow, October 2nd.
